I'm back after a very long break. I've been so busy with school and of course being a stay at home mom to my 3 adorable children. I wanted to share my summer Skincare favorites to keep my skin beautiful and soft. I've made a YouTube video talking about each one in detail. As you may know I love Shea Moisture Skin care products I am currently using the Shea & Hibiscus Bodywash and Foaming Bath in conjunction with the Body scrub. My skin absolutely loves these products after using those I seal in the moisture with extra virgin coconut oil. For my lips I mentioned earlier in the year that I'm using the Fabulips kit, and I am still using it which helps my lips to stay soft. I follow 3 steps for my face during the week. I exfoliate with St. Ives Apricot Scrub, for purification of my pores I use the anti-stress Freeman Dead Sea mud mask 2-3 times a week, and daily I use Avalon Organics Vitamin C Renewal Cleansing Gel. I wear the clean and clear morning glow SPF 15 moisturizer when I'm going out. That pretty much sums up my Skincare routine for the summer.

My Fashion, Beauty, Fitness, Shoe and Cool Tech Hauls❤
Last month and this month I've had some awesome hauls. I had spent quite a bit of time planning what I would purchase and once I had the money to buy my things it was exciting. My theme was to focus on the spring and purchase items with warm colors. I focused on what I didn't have as the foundation and added to it, taking my time. At times I felt overwhelmed because although I am a average size, sometimes my size was sold out. I also had a Victoria secrets haul that picture will not be shown because that's too personal. I wrote down my expenses and searched for sales. That's how I made the most of the money I had. Overall it was a great experience!

My Fashion Accessories Haul
For a long time, I have wanted to update my accessory collection. Last year, while I was pregnant I had alot of time to add my favorite accessories to pinterest. I didn't purchase them at the time because I was focused on my pregnancy and what my baby needed. Now that my son is almost 6 months old, and my other two children are doing great on the things they need. I decided to treat myself to some accessories. This year my goal is to wear more color because I tend to wear grays and dark colors. I purchased all of my accessories online because its easier for me to shop online rather than with my three children. The first necklace that I am wearing is a multi-colored crystal princess crown, in my hand is a jade heart shaped pendant, above my hand is a mini-pink Buxton wizard wallet, and a Kenneth Cole Messenger Bag.

Bliss Fabulips Product Review and Demo
I have finally done a product review and demo on my YouTube channel, I've had the Fabulips Treatment Kit for over 3 months and it works great on my lips. It's a luxury lip treatment so I use it only once a month. Each time I feel like I am at a spa salon. It cost me 35 dollars which I feel is a great investment. I use it at night because it best to use it and not eat or drink for a while. I give this product 5 stars if you want to see how I apply it check out my video below.

My health and wellness haul
One of the best teas I've had is Yogi's Stress Relief tea (as shown in my previous post) which is exactly what I need right before I take my finals. Aloe Vera Leaf juice has many benefits but I will not take it orally but rather use it topically mixed with my hair leave-in conditioner, jojoba oil and castor oil known as the "Kimmaytube Leave-in conditioner"this will help balance the ph level of my hair and smooth my hair cuticles in order to avoid split ends thus allowing it to grow longer. The Shea Moisture Olive & Green Tea Bubble Bath& Body Wash with Avocado Butter is not only great for my relaxation routine but has anti-aging & ultra-moisturizing properties and finally Lemon Juice when added to water helps to boost the immune system and helps with weight loss. I will give updates and take pictures along with YouTube videos

My New Favorite Stress Relief and Bedtime Tea
I have found a favorite tea and I'm in love with the taste and quality of the teas. Although I am a coffee lover, I also enjoy teas during the day and before bed without caffeine. The Yogi brand is reasonably priced, tastes great, and has an inspirational message on each tea bag. I'm so happy I found this brand to help me manage my stress with school, and relax before bed.

Beauty From the Inside Out
This month I've challenged myself to use as much time nuturing the inside of my body as well as the outside. My main goal was to have a balanced beauty routine. A significant change I've noticed has been the overall appearance of my skin especially my face since I've increased my water intake. I was going try to get the rx for brown facial product line but decided that I would keep working on my beauty diet which includes healthy foods to see if the oiliness and discoloration changes. I still do things outwardly with my skin, hair and body regimen but I balance it with a healthy diet. Here is a before and after picture of my face complexion with no filters. I am also working on the bags and darkness under my eyes which is from waking up to feed my 3 month old in the middle of the night that will be on a future post.

My February Health and Beauty Goals and Checklist
This month I have great plans for my health and beauty. My main focus will be on balance and time management of my health and beauty practices. I don't want to spend hours doing something for my skin or hair that should take 15 or 30 minutes. With 3 young children I will definitely be multi-tasking for example on my bath nights I will be giving myself a hair steam treatment with my hair oil from the steam that is coming from the bath and a hair turban. I will still use extra virgin coconut oil on my skin at night along with my body butters too. Pertaining to my diet I will be eating beauty foods, foods like broccoli, tomatoes ,carrots, nuts, lean meats etc. It's all about balancing my diet and there is always room for improvement. I like to keep things simple with any plan so I will stick with my current beauty plan and make adjustments as needed.

Freeman's Dead Sea Mineral Face Mask
Tonight I used the Dead Sea face mask and it felt great! I use this clay mask once a week and I noticed a change in my face and neck. I can really feel it deep down in my pores. I prefer to use it when I take a bath instead of the days when I take a shower just to give it a little more time to work. I would recommend this mask if you feel you need to lift impurities off your face. After I rinse it off I don't apply my face cream/moisturizer I just wait until the morning.

The Importance of Keeping A Daily Pampering Routine
One of the things that I'm most proud of is my pampering routine that I do each day. I got the idea last year from reading Mama Gena's School of the Womanly Arts book. She also has videos on her YouTube Channel. One principle she taught was having a daily pampering routine. That fascinated me so I begin to incorporate some of her tips and it transformed my life. I notice I feel better when I take time to pamper myself. Here is what I typically do each day to make myself feel special and look beautiful. I start the day by drinking my favorite coffee, a manicure and pedicure on an as needed basis, use my favorite moisturizing body wash, style my hair, and do a daily devotion. I also have a picture of the book shown. I do a lot more but these are my top favorites that I'll describe more in detail on a future post.

My January Favorites
This month has been so exciting because I've been able to use my natural beauty products as well as new beauty purchases I've made giving me the ultimate self care experience. Taking care of my body, skin and hair helps me stay young. Also, what I eat is important which will be another blog topic. So here are my January favorites below:
Using extra virgin coconut oil has worked wonders on my face, hair and body. It penetrates the skin and the hair so well. I use the extra virgin coconut oil on my face at night and on my stomach and legs. If you would like to find out more about the benefits of using extra virgin coconut oil, watch this video:
I have also been using Jamaican black castor oil on my scalp and hair this month. The oil has helped my hair as I go through postpartum hair shedding, it has moisturized my hair so much. It is one of my staple beauty products.
If you are interested in doing my first beauty challenge with the extra virgin coconut oil and jamaican black castor/regular castor oil watch this video:
My next favorite thick day cream moisturizer is the St. Ives Collagen Elastin Moisturizer. It makes my face really smooth, and smells clean and fresh.
This is another one of my favorite which was featured in my Morning Skin Care Products 2012. If you would like to find out about my other morning beauty products last year. Watch the video above
So these are my top favorites:-) What were your top favorite beauty products this month?

I love cocoa butter!
Today I decided to use this combo on my face. I like to keep it simple. Mostly anything with cocoa butter my skin likes. The facial lotion I bought at Walmart for 5 dollars or less, and the lip butter I couldn't find at Walmart so I ordered it on amazon.com. The lotion is light has a soft scent with added milk proteins, and the lip butter has dark chocolate, vitamin E and peppermint oil in it, it glides on and keeps my lips moisturized until I eat or drink something then I reapply. The lip butter was 4 dollars. Great for starting the day with facial pampering.

Beauty From Head to Toe (Overview)
I'm really excited about this blog, for many years I've practiced natural beauty routines. I would write my beauty schedule on calenders, but now I feel it is time to write it in a blog format. I also would search online for a beauty regimen or plan, but only find general tips. Although, they were helpful I needed something for specific, more visual. Eventually, I realized the answer was inside of me all along. This blog is for you and me just a reminder to stay beautiful all year long. You don't need a lot of money, or you can spend a lot of money. I tend to do both. I have cheap and expensive beauty products. During the course of this year, I will share tips about beauty products, beauty bargain finds, luxurious expensive products, monthly beauty challenges and plan. I'll start from the top and work my way down, but sometimes I may choose a beauty product not in that specific order. The purpose of this blog is to have fun.
