One of the best teas I've had is Yogi's Stress Relief tea (as shown in my previous post) which is exactly what I need right before I take my finals. Aloe Vera Leaf juice has many benefits but I will not take it orally but rather use it topically mixed with my hair leave-in conditioner, jojoba oil and castor oil known as the "Kimmaytube Leave-in conditioner"this will help balance the ph level of my hair and smooth my hair cuticles in order to avoid split ends thus allowing it to grow longer. The Shea Moisture Olive & Green Tea Bubble Bath& Body Wash with Avocado Butter is not only great for my relaxation routine but has anti-aging & ultra-moisturizing properties and finally Lemon Juice when added to water helps to boost the immune system and helps with weight loss.
